A gourmet journey

The sailor's caramel was originally an opportunity to share a moment with the people I met during my sailing trips, sailors from around the world and local populations.

Over the course of the stops, discovering new flavors, I have created original and unique recipes which I am bringing back today to the home port for you to taste.

An adventure between passion and encounters

Trained as a pastry chef and after years of professional practice, I was keen to get closer to all gourmets. I was also able to share my know-how with that of the enthusiasts we met during our sailing trip.

From anchorages and Atlantic ports to the markets of Morbihan, today I offer you the specialties imagined through human encounters and taste discoveries.

Committed to passing on to you the flavors that I have discovered, I have selected natural ingredients without additives for you. No preservatives or artificial flavors alter the authenticity of my caramels, all made in an artisanal manner by me.

Always in search of new flavors, I board our sailboat for a return transatlantic in April.

Our ship, the Belten, will head towards Dominica, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Bermuda and the Azores, to finally find you in Morbihan.
